The Well is Christian Center's college age ministry. The focus of The Well is to provide an atmosphere that anyone would feel comfortable in while encouraging strong worship and present the gospel in an accurate and culturally relevant way. 

The Well meets every Sunday in Christian Center of Salem's Fellowship Hall at 6pm. The Well desires to be a community, the environment is always welcoming. There is  free coffee and snacks and friendly people to get to know.  The worship is focused on intensely pursuing God's presence. The teaching is purposeful and direct on how we can live as better Christ Followers.
